This policy tells you about how we use and protect your personal information. Tropidilla Productions LLC is enrolled in Trustwaves Trustkeeper Compliance Validation Service.
The Trustkeeper program covers only information that is collected through the website covered by this policy. It does not cover information that may be collected through links to other affiliated, yet independent, websites such as those owned and operated by sponsors, web based news and/or video providers, independent events or any other entities and websites that owners of www.konatournaments.com may choose to link to/from.
You can browse our sites without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. However we cannot store personal or financial information as is against PCI (Payment Card Industry) regulations.
We may collect and store the following personal information:
· Transactional information based on your activities on the sites (such as information you provide to Purchase entry fees;
· Dispute resolution, correspondence through our sites, and correspondence sent to us;
· Other information from your interaction with our sites, services, content and advertising, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, ad data, IP address and standard web log information;
· Information from other companies, such as demographic and traffic data
We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may process in our office a mailing or an email blast to you on behalf of a sponsor in regard to a product or services aligned with our event or television products. However, we will not provide their office with your personal information.
Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. You agree that we may use your personal information as follows in order to:
· Provide the services and customer support you request
· Resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems
· Prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our Liability Waiver Agreement
· Customize, measure and improve our services, content and advertising
· Tell you about targeted marketing, service updates, and in house promotional.
We may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements and/or enforce our policies.
We may also share your personal information with the following:
· Members of our corporate family to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and provide joint content and services (for example, registration, transactions and customer support).
· Service providers under contract who help with our business operations (such as fraud investigations, back line accounting providers, and/or bill collection.
· Law enforcement or other governmental officials, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity. In such events, we will disclose information relevant to the investigation, such as name, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, User ID history, IP address, fraud complaints, and bidding and listing historyOther business entities, should we plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity. Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information will be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice.
Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and our ability to keep the community free from bad actors, we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to law enforcement, other government officials or other third parties without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure -- except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm, financial loss or to report suspected illegal activity.
We treat data as an asset that must be protected and use several tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure.
Teams may withdraw from a tournament entered at any point up until the call of “Start Fishing” on Day One of that specific event. The team shall then receive the jackpot portion of their entry fee as a refund. Tropidilla Productions LLC shall retain the tournament operations percentage of each entry fee paid.
Please see the rules for each specific event for percentages of each entry fee level (base entry fee and optional entry fees) for each specific event.
A team may withdraw from a tournament after the call of “Start Fishing” on Day One of that specific event, however the team shall forfeit the entire sum of each entry fee of each entry fee level (base entry fee and optional entry fees).
If a team or member of any team is subject to the terms and conditions relating to “CHEATING” outlined in each tournament rules, the entire team may be ejected from the tournament and shall forfeit all entry fees paid.
For refunds relating to purse not claimed by any winning fish caught and/or tagged and released in any specific tournament, refer to the specific rules and regulations for each specific event as each event covers scoring and purse distribution in “event specific” rules systems printed and provided to all teams at registration. Rules may also be found at the website www.konatournaments.com, however the actual rules employed for each event shall the final copy, plus any addendums handed out to each team by the call of “Start Fishing” on Fishing Day One of that specific event.
